Details

Needs analysis is the first step of a training programme. We talk to the people who do the work and the people who manage it, look at the materials and systems they already use, and write down what someone needs to know or do differently.

The result is a written finding: the gap, who has it, and what would close it. Sometimes the answer is a course. Sometimes it is a job aid, a process change or nothing at all, and the finding says so.

It is bought on its own or as the opening phase of a course build, by the hour or as a fixed price for the finding.

Where the boundary is

We recommend; you decide what is built.

Interviews and reviews are of people and materials you give us access to.

The skills behind this offering carry real recorded hours. That means we have demonstrably done this kind of work — not that this named product has been sold before.
